These terms cover your use of 2DTrack. By creating an account, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email 2ddimoff@gmail.com before signing up.
2DTrack is operated by an individual developer (Dimcho Dimov), not a registered company. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
2DTrack is under active development and provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Features change, bugs happen, and there's no uptime guarantee. Don't rely on 2DTrack as your only record of important health information — export your data regularly if it matters to you (there's a button for that on your Profile page).
2DTrack is a self-tracking and logging tool. Calorie targets, macro splits, water goals and any other calculated numbers are general estimates, not medical or nutritional advice. They are not a substitute for guidance from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are changing your diet or exercise routine significantly. Always consult a professional before starting a new training or nutrition program.
Don't use 2DTrack to:
Accounts that do this may be suspended or deleted without notice.
The data you log (workouts, meals, measurements, notes, photos) is yours — see the Privacy Policy for how you can export or delete it at any time. The 2DTrack name, design, and underlying code are not licensed to you beyond what's needed to use the service normally.
To the extent allowed by law, 2DTrack and its operator aren't liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of the app — including decisions made based on calculated targets, insights, or logged data. Use your own judgment, and see Section 3 above.
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page — this permanently removes your data (see Privacy Policy). The operator may also suspend or remove accounts that violate Section 5.
As the app evolves, these terms may change. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use 2DTrack after a change means you accept the update.
